Rev. Kevin Konkle brings a warm pastoral presence and a heart for community to his role as Senior Pastor of Metropolitan Community Church of the Palm Beaches (MCCPB) in Palm Beach Gardens, where he was elected in September 2025 after serving as GAP Pastor for a year. He is also the founding pastor of MCC Mérida, a mission work in Mexico that reflects his commitment to building inclusive and affirming faith communities.
Rev. Konkle’s educational background includes degrees from Ohio University and West Virginia State University, as well as a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Hodges University. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. His theological training includes ministerial coursework at Liberty University and through the ministerial training programs of the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) and the Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches (UFMCC).
Drawn to ministry from an early age, Rev. Konkle was ordained in the UPCI in 1994 and by the UFMCC in October 2025. He has spent almost 40 years in active ministry. Throughout his ministry, Rev. Konkle has served in many leadership roles—including Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Senior Pastor, and Assistant General Superintendent—bringing experience, dedication, and a passion for helping communities grow through various organizations.
